I joined Hyde Corporate Finance with a strong background in commercial banking, latterly as a Commercial Relationship Director with LloydsTSB Bank. I worked with most businesses from SMEs to quoted PLCs, in many disparate industries including airlines, public utility organisations, motor manufacturing and property.
I use my experience in the banking sector to support clients in their relationships and negotiations with banks and other fund providers. I also work with banks to assist their customers with their reporting and structure problems in order to determine and release additional funds.
At Hyde I assist clients who are going through change, either by way of sale or acquisition, including MBOs, focussing on their banking needs and requirements.
Away from the fast moving world of corporate finance, I enjoy golf at manning Heath GC, gardening and supporting Fulham FC in my free time.
