My strengths are in helping businesses going through difficulties to restructure and become healthy and profitable. I have had a varied career to date, working in positions as Finance / Commercial Director with a £12m turnover insurance group application software company, where I managed and negotiated acquisitions and the sale of the business, to the successful funding of replacement capital and a share re-organisation for a recruitment company.
Since this time I have been working with Hyde Corporate Finance on a variety of fund raising, company sale, merger and acquisition projects. I enjoy the challenges working with different businesses brings. On one particular project for an investment management and broking business, I spent 18 months in-house to help groom it for sale, which was achieved with a 70% average return for the investors.
Outside of my business life, I enjoy five-a-side football, cycling, skiing and travelling. There's nothing better than getting out in the fresh air to unwind!
